	"We have been very pleased with the benefits of Pro Pak in our veal production. The first thing we noticed was that the calves were very aggressive to come up and eat. Cindy Baker, who has fed for us for 6 years, said she never saw appetites like this. Since we started using Pro Pak we are having less over-all treatments and have lowered our medication costs. Our feed conversions were running 1.86 to 1.82. Pro Pak has dropped our feed conversion to a 1.71. This is worth at least $10.00 per calf. "We run a beef cow/calf operation in north central Iowa. We buy veal calves and background them. Some of these veal calves we buy are trucked many miles and come to us under severe stress. We were having severe calf scour problems in some of these calves and were using many different calf scour products with little success. "We were having a lot of scours in our calves with a high death loss. The lab confirmed salmonella and crypto. Everything else we had tried was not working. We heard about Royal Pect Plus from Van Beek Scientific and decided to give it a try. The first thing we noticed was that even the sick calves were not going down near as far. Some of the other improvements we noticed in a short time period were better hydrated calves, their eyes were not sinking in, and the manure was thicker. Royal Pect Plus has significantly dropped our death loss. I use 1/2 scoop of Royal Pect Plus as prevention to stay ahead of the scours. Royal Pect Plus also mixes well in milk and seems to slow digestion down allowing the calf to absorb more nutrients."

	"We run large cow and calf operation in South Central Iowa; and in the spring of 1999 we were experiencing an outbreak in calf scours throughout our herd. We had tried many scour products with very little success. When we were informed of the Van Beek Scientific line of calf scour products. 	"We run a large dairy in north central Iowa and have been using the Van Beek Scientific products since the fall of 1999. We are very impressed on how quickly the VBS products work, and the great response we get from the animals we treat with them. A couple of the products we feel stand way out in front of the other great products they make are the Power Pak Plus Capsules, (a bolus containing yeast, chelated trace minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and probiotics as their key nutrients). Another really great product of Van Beek Scientific is Royal Pect Plus, which we feel is the cadillac in calf scour treatment.
